Me presento, soy Gerardo (nick Gacela2311), soy de Caba. Siempre tuve un interés particular por lo relacionado a la militaría en general y en particular por el periodo de la gesta de Malvinas. Por destinos motivos, hubo momentos en los que pude estar más empapado en el tema que otros, y la realidad es que hubo momentos en los que no pude ni mirar de lejos. Lo cierto es que hoy vuelvo a interesarme en investigar sobre este asunto y en lo posible en ir adquiriendo ítems de esa época tan relevante de la historia (espero que no suene frío, lo humanamente vivido en ése período, agrega la pasión necesaria por la investigación).
Estos últimos días me vi navegando entre los distintos temas que se presentan en el foro, y no pude dejar de notar el interés, conocimiento y amor que tienen al exponer sus colecciones, la historia, funcionalidad, y variaciones, de cada uno de los objetos presentados. Por eso quiero agradecerles, ya que pude quitarme algunas dudas de algunos elementos que aún conservo de mis épocas de cacería de la historia. Más allá que con el tiempo fui adquiriendo elementos, previamente, y habiendo sido hijo de un miembro retirado del Ejército, otros los heredé, y en su momento los usé hasta que ya no podían más... hasta más allá de sus capacidades. En algunos casos luego de haber navegado por este fórum, puedo decir, que algunos elementos aquí presentados, los usé en mi adolescencia, tanto en vida social como en los varios campamentos que fui durante mi vida. Y puedo decir, que todos respondieron de la manera debida!

A medida que siga buceando en este fórum, para despejar mis dudas, presentaré las consultas que me queden pendientes y que no pudiera haber encontrado. Hay mucho para ver, y por eso, les agradezco nuevamente.

I introduce myself, I'm Gerardo (nick Gacela2311), I'm from Caba. I always had a particular interest in matters related to the military in general and in particular for the period of the Malvinas war. For reasons of destiny, there were times when I could be more steeped in the subject than others, and the reality is that there were times when I couldn't even look them from afar. The truth is that today I am once again interested in researching on this matter and as much as possible in acquiring items from that very relevant time in history (I hope it does not sound cold, what was humanly lived in that period, adds the necessary passion for research ).
These last few days I saw myself navigating between the different topics that are presented in the forum, and I couldn't help but notice the interest, knowledge and love they have when exposing their collections, the history, functionality, and variations, of each of the objects presented. So I want to thank you, since I was able to remove some doubts about some elements that I still have from my hunting times in history. Beyond that with time I was acquiring elements, previously, and having been the son of a retired member of the Army, others I inherited, and at the time I used them until they could no longer ... even beyond their capabilities. In some cases, after having navigated through this forum, I can say that some elements presented here, I used them in my youth, both in social life and in the various camps that I went during my life. And I can say, that everything responded in the right way!
Well, I don't bore you anymore, haha!
As I continue diving in this forum, to clear my doubts, I will present the queries that remain pending and that I could not have found. There is so much to see, and for that, I thank you again.
